How to unlock bootloader honor 9x


Let's Get Started

Step 1: First you need to enable the Developer Options on your Honor 9 X Pro.
 go to Settings
 About Phone
 and press the (Build Number 6 to 7 times )
until you see a pop message that show you
(You are now a developer)


Into the Developer Options,
 now you need to enable USB Debugging and the (OEM) Unlock option.
After that again head to the Settings
Developer Options
enable USB Debugging and OEM Unlock.


Step 2: Download and setup the ADB and Fastboot tools on your Laptop or Desktop.


Step 3: Now, I would like to request you please connect your Honor 9X Pro to Laptop/PC using a USB cable.


Step 4: Now, you should wait until all the USB Drivers installed on your Computer.


Step 5: Now open the command prompt and go to the same folder, where you have extracted the contents of the ADB and Fastboot tools.


Step 6: After that, please type the below command into the command prompt area and press the Enter button;
ADB devices


Step 7: Suddenly, You will see a popup message on your smartphone such as (Always allow from this computer). Now You can press OK button.


Step 8: In this step you should type the below command to enter the boot loader mode, and press Enter! button on your keyboard.


(adb reboot bootloader)


Step 9: Now, you must enter the below command so your Honor 9X Pro and you will reboot into Fastboot mode;


(fastboot flashing unlock)


Step 10: Now, enter again your device into the Fastboot mode using the Volume Down + Power button together.


Step 11: After that please enter the below command;


fastboot flashing unlock_critical


Step 12: That’s It! You have successfully
 unlocked the bootl oader of the Huawei Honor 9X Pro device.
